UK Mainland Delivery

All deliveries our conducted by our trusted third-party courier for both courier and pallet freight.

Delivery Times

Please allow 3 - 10 working days for your delivery to arrive. Deliveries in London and the home counties will be far quicker.

Drop off

We will do our best to ensure items are consolidated onto as few pallets as possible in a safe manner. Delivery is to the roadside only. It is essential you make arrangements to off load the goods when receiving the delivery. If the customer is not there to receive a pre-arranged delivery, we reserve the right to charge the customer a £34.50 handling charge. If there is a failed delivery attempt, a failed delivery and re-delivery charge will be applicable.

Exclusions

Not including the Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Alderney, Guernsey, Sark, Jersey and the Isle of Man.

We don't currently ship outside the UK via the website. For orders outside the UK, please contact us for a quote. We have extensive experience in shipping worldwide and will be able to provide a suitable freight solution.

Our delivery charges for mainland UK are as follows:

UK Delivery (Outside of London) - £30

For delivery to the mainland UK, for individual lightweight planters. In some cases, this might be higher. 

Delivery by pallet

Heavy / large / fragile planters will be delivered by pallet. £30.00 per pallet.
